Wisata domestik aja yuk....
Kapan waktu yang tepat untuk berwisata kembali? Bulan ini, bulan depan, atau malah masih tahun depan? Beberapa objek wisata domestik memang sudah dibuka kembali dengan aturan atau protokol ketat sejak Juni atau baru awal Juli 2020 ini. Masa berlaku rapid test sebagai salah satu syarat melakukan penerbangan domestik juga oleh Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 sudah diperpanjang dari semula 3 hari kini menjadi 14 hari. Tapi di sisi lain ada peringatan digaungkan, bahwa aturan sudah dilonggarkan bukan karena pandeminya sudah berakhir, tapi semata karena tuntutan menggerakkan roda ekonomi lagi. Jadi memang pasti sulit menentukan secara resmi kapan kita semua boleh berwisata lagi.
Sampai artikel ini dibuat, saya baru membaca bahwa Kemenparekraf RI telah menyusun protokol dan pedoman teknis dalam industri pariwisata dengan menitikberatkan pada faktor Clean, Health, and Safety (CHS), yakni kebersihan, kesehatan, dan keamanan. Juga penambahan faktor ramah lingkungan (Environment). Yang tak kalah penting juga, Kemenparekraf mendorong terpenuhinya keseimbangan penyediaan dan permintaan (supply & demand).

Sambil menunggu aturan yang lebih pasti, saya coba menuangkan ide-ide yang ada di kepala melalui artikel ini. Bukan sepenuhnya ide baru, tapi nggak ada salahnya dibagikan ‘kan....
Saya melihat, kebutuhan traveling sudah menjadi kebutuhan tersier bahkan sekunder dewasa ini sebelum pandemi terjadi. Tapi pandemi tiba-tiba menghantam, memojokkan industri wisata ke situasi mati suri. Tapi sebagaimana diyakini banyak orang, pariwisata tak akan mati sungguhan, tak akan pernah mati. Justru akan lebih banyak peluang terutama dalam masa new normal atau bahkan selanjutnya next normal, saat semua orang harus kembali beraktivitas normal, termasuk berwisata, tapi dengan kebiasaan baru.

Mengingat orang-orang yang tadinya wara-wiri begitu seringnya, sudah sekian bulan belakangan ini terkurung di rumah masing-masing, tentu setelah dibuka keleluasaan, mereka akan langsung memanfaatkannya. Diwajibkan protokol ini itu saat berwisata mungkin akan merepotkan. Tapi ya itu, segala sesuatu yang berubah juga awalnya begitu. Merepotkan, tapi lama-lama karena harus, ya jadi terbiasa juga.
Peluang ini tentu harus jeli ditangkap para pelaku industri wisata, baik itu penyedia akomodasi, mobil sewaan, tempat wisata, restoran, pemandu wisata, dan lainnya. Untuk urusan akomodasi misalnya, mungkin banyak keluarga-keluarga yang tadinya punya bujet untuk menginap di hotel *4 kalau liburan, saat ini harus menurunkan standar, bukan hanya ke *3, tapi ke homestay atau guesthouse. Saatnya homestay atau guesthouse berbenah, terutama soal kebersihan, kesehatan dan keamanan, soal CHS. Harus ikut beradaptasi melakukan protokol kesehatan yang diinstruksikan.

Untuk tempat wisata, ini nih yang penting, sekarang harus mulai membangun toilet bersih. Pengelola wisata lokal jangan abai lagi soal toilet, yang menjadi kekurangan berjamaah banyak tempat wisata domestik selama ini. Bangunlah toilet sesuai standar kebersihan, dan pekerjakan orang yang bertugas menjaga kebersihannya setiap hari. Jadikan pandemi ini sebagai momentum perubahan dan ke depannya akan menjadi kebiasaan baru. Dalam perhitungan kasar saya sih, uang hasil tiket masuk cukup banget dialokasikan sebagian kecil saja untuk pemeliharaan toilet. Apalagi kalau tempat wisatanya di bawah pemkab atau Perhutani atau taman nasional misalnya. Pasti ada bujetnya.
Keberadaan toilet yang bersih ini hanya satu contoh saja, tentu banyak fasilitas lain yang harus mulai dibangun demi kenyamanan sebuah aktivitas wisata.

Nah, lalu bagaimana dari sisi para travelers, para penikmat wisata?
Bagi yang berpikir pesimis mungkin mengkhawatirkan harga tiket pesawat yang akan melambung. Sejauh yang sudah saya cek, harga tiket pesawat ke luar negeri memang menjadi lebih mahal, tapi nggak sampai 2x lipat. Lebih mahal karena tampaknya belum ada lagi tiket promo. Banyak kalangan yang masih mampu dan rela bayar angka segitu sih. Tapi masalahnya ‘kan banyak negara belum membuka border-nya untuk kita, WNI, apalagi yang tujuanya hanya wisata. Jadi opsi jalan-jalan ke luar negeri untuk beberapa bulan ke depan tampaknya harus dikantongi dulu.
Tapi jangan sedih... Wisata domestik aja dulu. Tiket pesawat domestik sejauh yang saya cek masih normal, sama dengan sebelum pandemi. Saya sih sebenernya berharap banget ada insentif dari pemerintah yang membuat tiket pesawat domestik jadi lebih murah. Semurah tiket-tiket promo ke Jepang dan Korea sebelum pandemi. Jadi pada bergeser deh, yang biasa ngetrip ke luar negeri berbekal tiket promo, beralih ke domestik aja. Selama ini ‘kan banyak yang nggak rela bayar tiket ke Labuan Bajo atau ke Ambon atau ke Sorong yang lebih mahal daripada ke Jepang dan Korea. Nah, inilah saatnya kita-kita bergeser.

Atau okelah, daripada nungguin kapan jadi nyata itu tiket domestik dengan harga promo super murah, mending kita cari cara lain. Kalau ke Labuan Bajo atau bahkan ke Bali saja masih terasa mahal, apalagi dengan kondisi sebagian orang yang mungkin penghasilannya berkurang dan tabungannya sudah banyak terkuras, tenang aja... Bagi Trippers yang tinggal di Jabodetabek, banyak sekali tempat di Pulau Jawa yang bisa dijangkau dengan naik kereta. Tiket kereta kelas ekonomi masih murah ‘kan?
Oke, kalau untuk beli tiket kereta kelas ekonomi ke Cirebon apalagi Yogyakarta saja berat, tetap jangan sedih. Kenikmatan ngetrip terletak pada hati yang gembira, bukan pada destinasinya. Kalau sudah tak mampu lagi beli tiket pesawat atau kereta, ya jalan-jalannya yang bisa dijangkau naik motor atau naik mobil rame-rame patungan. Ke Bandung, atau Bogor, atau bahkan cukup ke Sentul dan Jonggol saja.

Saya sudah beberapa kali ngubek-ngubek Sentul, Jonggol dan daerah lain di Kabupaten Bogor. Banyak lho tempat-tempat menarik di sana. Kalau tujuan ngetrip untuk relaksasi, cari udara segar dan lari sejenak dari rutinitas, ke Sentul dan Jonggol aja juga udah bisa dapat semua itu.
Balik lagi sih, cuma soal switch your mind. Kalau nggak mau switch your mind dan merasa merana banget nggak bisa lagi jalan-jalan ke luar negeri karena nggak ada tiket promo yang murah abess, itu pilihan kalian deh.

Mungkin ada yang tetap ngotot, jalan-jalan di dalam negeri nggak asyik, kotor, minim fasilitas, budayanya sama, pokoknya nggak menarik, titik. Pertama saya mau bilang, nggak fair banget menganggap semua objek wisata domestik jelek pengelolaannya. Saya beberapa kali menemukan komunitas yang terdiri dari warga lokal yang telah rapi mengelola tempatnya di antaranya:
- Masyarakat Ekowisata Rajegwesi di TN Meru Betiri Jawa Timur. Mereka siap dengan paket-paket wisata yang menarik lho!
- LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan) yang cukup banyak ada di mana-mana. Salah satunya di Sentul Bogor yang menawarkan paket-paket trekking menarik.
- Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) ada banyak juga, salah satunya Kampung Ekowisata Kerujuk di Lombok Utara. Mereka mengemas paket wisatanya dengan sangat kreatif.
- Clungup Mangrove Conservation di Pantai Tiga Warna Malang Jawa Timur. Toilet mereka bersiih... Pengawasan sampahnya juga ketat. Mereka juga memberlakukan pembatasan jumlah wisatawan.

Satu lagi mindset yang baiknya diubah. Jangan selalu hanya membandingkan harga. Mindset selama ini: kalau dengan bujet 2 juta bisa jalan-jalan ke Singapura, ngapain menghabiskan bujet yang sama untuk eksplor Banyuwangi misalnya. Mmm... tak kenal maka tak sayang. Belum tahu dia indahnya dan beragamnya wisata Banyuwangi.

Balik lagi, dalam kondisi pandemi masih belum kelar, cobalah explore your nearby. Coba-coba datang ke lokasi yang dekat dari rumah, biaya yang dikeluarkan sedikit, kalau ternyata objek wisata yang didatangi di bawah ekspektasi ya no problemo. Risiko mencoba-coba datang ke lokasi wisata dekat rumah itu kecil. Seperti saya waktu mendatangi Curug Parigi di Bantar Gebang Bekasi. Dengan usaha dan biaya kecil, eeeh ternyata dapat lumayan bagus, ya bersyukur, walaupun ada yang mengecewakan soal sampah yang bertumpuk. Tapi tak mengapa.
Ah, sudahlah ngalor-ngidulnya. Intinya, kita ramaikan wisata domestik aja dulu yuk.... Nggak harus yang jauh, yang deket-deket aja dulu.
